If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return the item(s) for store credit only or exchange for something else you would desire. If you are wanting to exchange for a different item, please be sure to send the original item you purchased back to the address below and be sure to email the tracking receipt to shopsouthernpink@yahoo.com.

If you would like to exchange, we do require a reship fee to be paid to send out the new item/size. Please leave a note on your order for what you are exchanging for.

As a small business, we do not offer 100% full refunds unless the item is damaged. All returned items must be in new and unused condition. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR ORDER IS WRAPPED VERY WELL SO IT DOES NOT GET DAMAGED DURING TRANSIT. All returns must be postmarked within 14 days of being received. Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges.
